Hosts in Aitkin work with places such as the Aitkin County Courthouse and Jail, the Northern Pacific Depot, the Aitkin Carnegie Library and the Aitkin Municipal Airport. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Events listed for the city include Riverboat Heritage Days (the first weekend of August), Aitkin County Fair (mid-July), Ripplesippi Music Fest (August) and Harvest Moon Brew Fest (September). Dates like these fill early, so send yours as soon as they are set. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. Aitkin gets about 31.9 inches of precipitation a year, with a record high of 100 and a record low of -47 degrees F.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
