Setup and hookups
Event dish lines use a lot of water. Ask about supply, drainage and wastewater handling early, and confirm power. Place the trailer on level ground near the kitchen with a clear path for carts. Larger sizes list commercial warewashing equipment with hot-water sanitation.
One delivery for the whole event
Add portable refrigeration, mobile dishwashing and, for multi-day events, crew housing in the same delivery. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal. Winters in Andover bring snow and ice.
