Hosts in Bemidji work with places such as Lake Bemidji, the Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox statues, the Great Northern Depot and the Watermark Art Center. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Events listed for the city include Watermark Art Festival (July), the dragon boat races (the first week of August) and the Paul Bunyan Triathlon (the third Saturday of August). Dates like these fill early, so send yours as soon as they are set. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. In Bemidji the January average high is 16 degrees F and the low is -5, and the city gets about 47 inches of snow a year.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
