Hosts in Brainerd work with places such as Brainerd International Raceway and Paul Bunyan Land. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Fairs, weddings, tournaments and festivals in Crow Wing County can draw more guests than a venue's own refrigeration holds. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal, so send your dates as soon as they are set.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. Brainerd averages about 31 inches of precipitation and 48 inches of snow a year, and the record low is -54 degrees F.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
