Hosts in Jordan work with places such as the Jordan Brewery Ruins, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Brentwood Park and Lions Park. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Fairs, weddings, tournaments and festivals in Scott County can draw more guests than a venue's own refrigeration holds. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal, so send your dates as soon as they are set.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. Jordan gets about 33 inches of precipitation and 40 inches of snow a year, with a record high of 105 and a record low of -41 degrees F.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
