Local details come from public reference pages and are for planning only. Scenarios show how the equipment is used. They are not claims about past Midstate customers or jobs.
Restaurants, schools, care facilities and grocers in Morris use walk-in coolers and freezers every day, including operations tied to the University of Minnesota Morris. When one fails, a refrigerated trailer works as a stand-in walk-in cooler rental while the repair or replacement is finished.
The 12 ft trailer is compact cold storage for limited space, typically from -10 to 50 degrees F depending on the unit. The 20 ft trailer offers refrigerated or frozen storage with shelving options. A refrigerated container suits larger or longer needs. We confirm whether the available unit is set up for refrigerated or frozen storage, and walk-in freezer rental is available.
Tell us what you are storing, the temperature it needs, how many pallets or cases, how it is loaded and how often the door opens. We confirm usable capacity, electrical rating and temperature range with your quote.

A firm, level pad close to the loading door works best, and in winter the approach needs to be plowed and the pad clear of ice.
