Portable refrigeration for events in New Hope, Minnesota: refrigerated trailers for festivals, weddings, fairs and venues.
Local details come from public reference pages and are for planning only. Scenarios show how the equipment is used. They are not claims about past Midstate customers or jobs.
Hosts in New Hope can pull from local halls, parks, fairgrounds and lakeside venues. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Fairs, weddings, tournaments and festivals in Hennepin County can draw more guests than a venue's own refrigeration holds. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal, so send your dates as soon as they are set.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. New Hope has a record high of 102 and a record low of -33 degrees F.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
