Portable refrigeration for events in Northfield, Minnesota: refrigerated trailers for festivals, weddings, fairs and venues.
Local details come from public reference pages and are for planning only. Scenarios show how the equipment is used. They are not claims about past Midstate customers or jobs.
Hosts in Northfield work with places such as Bridge Square, the Carleton College Cowling Arboretum, the St. Olaf Natural Lands and the Mill Towns State Trail. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Events listed for the city include Defeat of Jesse James Days (the weekend after Labor Day). Dates like these fill early, so send yours as soon as they are set. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. Winters in Northfield bring snow and ice.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
