Local details come from public reference pages and are for planning only. Scenarios show how the equipment is used. They are not claims about past Midstate customers or jobs.
Hosts in St. Joseph work with places such as the Church of St. Joseph, Saint Benedict's Monastery, the First State Bank building and the Claire Lynch Gym at the College of Saint Benedict. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Events listed for the city include Lake Wobegon Trail Marathon (May) and Joetown Rocks concert (around Independence Day). Dates like these fill early, so send yours as soon as they are set. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. Winters in St. Joseph bring snow and ice.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
