Hosts in St. Paul work with places such as Allianz Field, Grand Casino Arena, CHS Field and Roy Wilkins Auditorium. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Events listed for the city include Minnesota State Fair and Saint Paul Winter Carnival. Dates like these fill early, so send yours as soon as they are set. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. St. Paul gets about 29 inches of precipitation a year, with a record high of 104 and a record low of -41 degrees F.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
