Local details come from public reference pages and are for planning only. Scenarios show how the equipment is used. They are not claims about past Midstate customers or jobs.
Hosts in Stillwater work with places such as the Stillwater Lift Bridge, the Warden's House Museum, the Stillwater Commercial Historic District and the Washington County Courthouse. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Events listed for the city include Lumberjack Days. Dates like these fill early, so send yours as soon as they are set. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. Stillwater gets about 24 inches of rain and 42 inches of snow a year, with about 14 days a year above 90 degrees F.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
