Portable refrigeration for events in Alexandria, Minnesota: refrigerated trailers for festivals, weddings, fairs and venues.
Local details come from public reference pages and are for planning only. Scenarios show how the equipment is used. They are not claims about past Midstate customers or jobs.
Hosts in Alexandria work with places such as the Runestone Museum, Big Ole, the Viking statue on Lake Agnes, the Runestone Community Center and Viking Speedway. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Events listed for the city include the Douglas County Fair (August), Art in the Park (July), Big Ole Paddlefest (July) and the Grape Stomp (September). Dates like these fill early, so send yours as soon as they are set. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. Alexandria gets about 24 inches of precipitation a year, with a record high of 104 and a record low of -38 degrees F.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
