Portable dishwashing for events in Alexandria, Minnesota: dish trailers for caterers, festivals and large gatherings.
Local details come from public reference pages and are for planning only. Scenarios show how the equipment is used. They are not claims about past Midstate customers or jobs.
Caterers and hosts in Alexandria can add portable dishwashing to an event so plates, utensils and cookware keep moving. Venues such as the Runestone Museum, Big Ole, the Viking statue on Lake Agnes and the Runestone Community Center can draw crowds that outrun a host kitchen's dish room.
Listed events include the Douglas County Fair (August), Art in the Park (July), Big Ole Paddlefest (July) and the Grape Stomp (September). Send your dates as soon as they are set, because popular weekends fill early.
Event dish lines use a lot of water. Ask about supply, drainage and wastewater handling early, and confirm power. Place the trailer on level ground near the kitchen with a clear path for carts. Larger sizes list commercial warewashing equipment with hot-water sanitation.
Add portable refrigeration, mobile dishwashing and, for multi-day events, crew housing in the same delivery. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal. Alexandria gets about 24 inches of precipitation a year, with a record high of 104 and a record low of -38 degrees F.
