Portable refrigeration for events in Tower, Minnesota: refrigerated trailers for festivals, weddings, fairs and venues.
Local details come from public reference pages and are for planning only. Scenarios show how the equipment is used. They are not claims about past Midstate customers or jobs.
Hosts in Tower work with places such as the Tower Train Museum, the McKinley Monument and Lake Vermilion. A large guest list can outgrow a caterer's own coolers, and portable refrigeration on site holds beverages, produce and prepared food between service.
Fairs, weddings, tournaments and festivals in St. Louis County can draw more guests than a venue's own refrigeration holds. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your proposal, so send your dates as soon as they are set.
Place the trailer close to the kitchen or tent, on level ground, with a clear path for carts and a power source within reach. Summer events need shade and airflow, and winter events need protection from freezing. Tower gets about 68.7 inches of snow a year, with a record low of -60 degrees F.
Caterers can add mobile dishwashing to the same delivery, and long events can add sleepers and showers for staff. Tell us the guest count and what you are storing, and we suggest a trailer size.
