Temporary refrigeration rental in Tower, Minnesota for kitchen renovations, construction sites and long projects.
Local details come from public reference pages and are for planning only. Scenarios show how the equipment is used. They are not claims about past Midstate customers or jobs.
When a kitchen in Tower is closed for a rebuild, temporary refrigeration keeps product on site and service going. A 12 ft or 20 ft refrigerated trailer, or a 20 ft refrigerated container, can stand outside while the permanent cooler is replaced. Kitchens that serve places like Tower-Soudan Elementary depend on cold storage every day.
On a construction site, a trailer parked beside the work lets an owner keep commercial refrigeration running outside the construction zone. Projects near the Soudan Mine often run on tight schedules, so confirm dates early. Tell us the start date, the expected duration and the power available on site.
Rentals run weekly, monthly or longer, so the unit can stay as long as the job does. Tower gets about 68.7 inches of snow a year, with a record low of -60 degrees F, so a winter job needs a plowed approach and a level, ice-free pad. We confirm availability, delivery and pickup in your quote.
Main routes into Tower include Highway 1, Highway 169 and Highway 135. Send the street address and the nearest cross street. Measure the path from the street, confirm the outlet or generator, and tell us about slope, gravel or standing water. A firm, level pad close to the loading door works best, and in winter the approach needs to be plowed and the pad clear of ice.
