Man camp trailer rental in Tower, Minnesota: sleeper trailers, showers, laundry and kitchens for crews on projects and clean-ups.
Local details come from public reference pages and are for planning only. Scenarios show how the equipment is used. They are not claims about past Midstate customers or jobs.
Crews on a project, an outage response or a clean-up near Tower can live on site in man camp trailers instead of competing for local lodging. Industrial sites such as the Soudan Mine can bring in out-of-town crews for projects, outages and clean-ups. A man camp rental can combine sleepers, showers, laundry and a kitchen in one delivery.
The 20 ft sleeper trailers are listed in shared (bunks or sleeping pods), contractor (individual sleeping areas with storage) and VIP (private room, bathroom and kitchenette) layouts, with heating, air conditioning, power and lighting listed. Containerized sleeper units are insulated, with bunk beds, climate control and a two-room layout. Bed counts are confirmed with your quote.
Shower options include a 22 ft 10-stall shower trailer, a 20 ft 5-stall shower container and 13, 22 and 30 ft shower and restroom combinations with 3, 6 and 8 stalls, plus ADA versions. Laundry trailers are listed at 24, 26 to 27 ft (eight washer and dryer sets) and 30 ft, and mobile kitchens run from 24 ft to 40 ft.
Set-up needs a level pad, access, power, water where required and local approvals, so check with the city of Tower before placing units. Tower gets about 68.7 inches of snow a year, with a record low of -60 degrees F. In winter the approach and the steps need to stay plowed.
